By booking a consultation, workshop, or program with DAARWI, you agree to the following:

1. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store card details.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may not be refunded. Workshop and program fees are non-refundable once confirmed.

3. Health Responsibility
Our services provide wellness guidance and do not replace medical diagnosis or emergency care. You are responsible for sharing accurate health information and consulting your GP where necessary.

4. No Guaranteed Results
Results vary from person to person.

5. Confidentiality
All personal and health information is kept confidential and handled in accordance with UK GDPR.

6. Changes
